Sports Physical Therapy

Sports Physical Therapy does not only encompass injuries related to the sports injury.  We can injure ourselves from a trip and fall or after helping a friend move. The key to successful sports rehab is to return our clients to the sports they love to play the most. This includes dance, golf, tennis, squash, and more. The key to recovery is our goal oriented exercise plan that gets you not just pain-free but back to the sport you love. <For more information click here>

Certified Schroth Scoliosis Physical Therapy

All of our physical therapist are Schroth Certified Scoliosis Physical Therapist. This a very individualized program to assist each person to gain a 3-Dimensional awareness of their specific curvatures. Pain is not always present with Scoliosis but time is. Over time a person with scoliosis is at a higher risk of spine-related injuries and disorders. For this reason our program is then expanded to include strength and stabilization exercises that meet each of our clients' lifestyles and goals. <For more information click here>

Back pain, poor posture, pelvic floor problems, gastro- intestinal disturbances like constipation and bloating are all symptoms that occur when the support system for the back and organs is the weak connective tissue instead of the muscles.

Diastasis recti is the connective tissue in the middle of our belly that can separate from pregnancy, core weakness, and other injuries to the abdomen or back.

The Tupler Technique is a proven set of exercises that can help reduce the diastasis recti separation and improve the individual's daily health.
